Stay Hydrated Proper hydration is crucial for supporting a healthy gut. Drinking an adequate amount of water throughout the day helps maintain optimal digestive function, prevents constipation and aids in the absorption of nutrients. Make it a habit to carry a reusable water bottle with you and aim to drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Hydration is a simple yet powerful way to support your gut health.
